Q: How do I work with your company on my event?
You've already come to the right place by visiting
our website. We'd like to make your event planning
process as easy as possible, so the first step is to
complete our online booking form. Once we receive
general information about your event, we will call
you and gather additional details over the phone to
customize your event to your exact specifications.
Of course, we'll also make suggestions to make the
event exactly what you want. You will need to
provide us with the date of your event and the
approximate number of guests for your event. We'll
help you with the rest. Our website gives you a
preview of our menu selections, event venues (on
our preferred vendor page) and "rave revues"
(testimonials from our satisfied clients).

Q: How early do I need to contact you prior to the event?
The earlier the better. The caterer should be the first
person you contact when putting together an event
so you can lock in your date and so you can get
help with all the details that will make your event
great. We find ourselves booked at least a year in
advance on prime weekends. So get your event on
our calendar with your booking fee as early as
possible.

Q: How do I decide on the menu?
Keep in mind the type of event and the time of year
when considering your menu choices. We have
extensive menu selections and we have special
menus for themed events as well. Check out our
menu section of the website for ideas. Your menu
choices will also be guided by the budget you have
set for the event or wedding.

Q: When should I book my event?
All events should be booked as soon as possible to
ensure availability during busy times such as
Christmas events and events in the summer.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit guarantees your calendar date for
your event and locks in the current pricing. We will
discuss details with you regarding the deposit once
you complete the online booking form.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
Prepayment: Personal Check (minimum 7 days
before), Business Check, Club or Organization
Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or
Money Order.

Q: When is final count due?
Your final count is due the 7 days before your event
or when falling on weekend, the Monday before.
This count is considered a guarantee, not subject to
reduction.

Q: Do you provide linens?
Yes. We can provide the linens at an additional
charge. Please inquire for current rate.

Q: Do you have waitresses, china, etc?
Yes. We can provide anything you need for your
event. We are happy to assist with any needs that
will make your event as you envision it.

Q: Are you insured?
Yes. We will provide a certificate of insurance to any
facility. Requests must be made at least 10 days
before your event.

Q: What service style am I looking for?
Plated & Served, buffet style, family style, stations.
Delivery and Set-Up? Let us know your

Q: Will I need rental equipment? Can my caterer provide this?
We can provide china, glassware, place settings.

Each menu is individually planned with you. You can
incorporate your decor, party theme, and any
special ideas that will help make your party the
memorable occasion it should be.

Q: My schedule is very busy. - Do I have to have a meeting in person to make my catering arrangements?
Most of the arrangements can be made on the
phone, by e-mail or by mail, if you prefer. We would
be happy to meet you prior to your event, but many
of the details can be coordinated without face to
face meetings.

We would be happy to make an appointment for you
with one of our full-time professional catering
consultants. An appointment at the party location
can also be very useful in helping to plan the
logistics and familiarizing us with the space
available.

Q: I would love to have my party catered, but I am having trouble finding a location.
We work with many fine event venues and would be
happy to suggest a facility that meets your needs.

Q: Can you accommodate special meals?
We are able to provide various meals designed to
meet special diets such as diabetics, and
vegetarians. Please communicate to us if you have
guests with special dietary restrictions and we will
do our best to accommodate those guests.

Q: Are my menu choices applied to all guests or can they choose during the event?
All menu choices are decided on prior to the day of
the event. If you wish to offer guests a choice,
buffets with multiple entree choices may be the best
option.

Q: What is your price per person?

We customize our menu per client to meet event
and budgetary needs, so there is no set per person
price. We are available to discuss the specifics of
your event assist with the planning of your event,
and can offer you a price once we have the details
for your specific event.

Q: Can I provide my own cake?
Yes, you may use an outside baker for your cake, or
we can refer you to a baker.

Q: Can I make changes after I've booked?
Yes, changes to your menu, staffing needs, and
rentals can be made up to three weeks prior to the
date of your event. All final details must be set 7
days prior to the event.

Q: Do you have references?
Yes, and we'll be happy to email you our list upon

We can offer considerable insight into the planning
